Description
Our Apple & Rosemary Jam with chipotle is made here on the farm. It is made the good old fashioned way using just the local fruit, Cornish spring water (not mains tap water), our own rosemary, bay and sugar.
With its attractive chocolatey appearance (given by the chipotle), its popular on any table. Although it is still a sweet preserve, the distinctive rosemary flavour and smoky mild chilli on the palette does mean that it is best served with cold meats or cheeses, being treated as something of a savoury marmalade. It is super yummy and one of our firm favourites for the cheeseboard.
We use the fruit from our own farm orchard and local community who pick theirs from their gardens and bring them to us.

It’s lovely and smokey with a hint of spice. It’s made of Apple + Rosemary and goes well with cheese. (By Reuben, aged 8!)
