Duck Hatching Eggs – mixed large breed
Mixed variety large breed duck eggs. March 2026: Breeds currently include Appleyard, Aylesbury, Cayuga, Cherry Valley, Khaki Campbell, Magpie, Swedish Black. We have active drakes in a ratio to maximise fertility.
Your ducklings will have a chance of being both pure breeds and hybrids as we keep all our birds together, they are completely free range and we do not separate them. Our own ducks that we hatch every year are beautiful and lay well.
Jan 2025: Latest fertility test showed 80% fertility with 72% developing strongly at 10 days (this will have been affected by a series of power cuts during initial incubation period).

I received 4 duck eggs from your farm 16 days ago and 3 of 4 had detached air sacs. 3 of 4 are showing signs of life, and out of those 3, 1 is has an intact air sac while the other 2 have a detached one.
I brought six eggs from you 7 weeks ago
And just wanted to contact you and say thank you so much for helping us … You sent 6 eggs all were fertile sadly one egg gave up by the second candle check but we hatched 5 successfully with being able raise our ducks . It has been an amazing journey from ordering the eggs to where they are now all happy and the most friendly cuddly things ever. each with their own unique personalities on behalf of myself and my children oh and the ducks Reginald, Ronald, barthorpe, Winston Churchill, and George

Two out of our 3 eggs hatched yesterday. They are absolutely beautiful.
Im wondering if you have any idea what breed one of them is? Hes acting like an indian runner storming about like a penguin 😂 we dont mind what they are as know they are potentially mixed just this little guy is so funny and were trying to guess what their characteristics point towards (i home ed one of my 4 children so anything we can use thats fun and educational is always a bonus)
My daughter thinks they dont know theyre a duck and is copying the kids 😂

I just received my duck hatching eggs from here and I am blown away by the amount of care that has gone into packaging the eggs and ensuring they reach me in the best possible condition…. All the eggs appear to be very high quality and I am nothing short of impressed!!! Now to let them settle im confident these will have a good hatch rate
4/5 eggs purchased were fertile, all in great condition. The packaging they arrive in is great.
We had 1 quitter and sadly 1 passed shortly after hatch, but we’ve 2 happy and healthy ducklings! Considering this was our first attempt I think that’s a great success.
This was a great learning experience for the kids who now have duckling following them around the house 🤣

Bought 4 mixed breed duck eggs. 3 out of 4 hatched all happy and chirping, first swim on water today they love it.
Excellent service from start to finish and my hatching journey has begun. They were extremely well packaged and dispatched immediately with clear communication throughout. I was I’ll definitely be using this Home Farm Cornwall again.
Thoroughly enjoyed the whole hatching process from start to finish, we ordered 4 duck eggs, 2 fertilised, unfortunately one duck did stop growing leaving us with 1 duck that hatched yesterday. I was lucky enough to catch it on camera and i am still in shock. The duck is getting in great and we are all obsessed. We aren’t sure which breed we have at the moment as its too soon to tell. We ordered four duck eggs. They all hatched successfully. We enjoyed the whole process. There are some problems but we sorted out as per online advice. such as the duck opened up the wrong end and splayed legs. They are healthy and happy now.

Just want to say thank you so much for the eggs. 4/6 were fertile and we incubated them and 4 ducklings hatched yesterday. We were very impressed.
We think we have 2 Aylesbury, 1 Cayuga and one Magpie as it has the mottled beak and feet.
The duck eggs have great fertility, no cracks in shells, and the processing and shipping is extremely rapid.
Bought 4 duck eggs from this farm and this was my first time attempting to hatch ducklings bought an incubator off Amazon and three out of the four hatched successfully. I live in Northern Ireland and eggs were posted to me and arrived safely on the day I was expecting them. Can’t wait to order some goose eggs and thank you very much to all at the farm.
