ur Cornish Quince Jelly with Chilli is dellicious!
With its smooth, translucent appearance dotted with chilli, it graces any table, its sweet floral taste delighting your friends & family.
It is great as a luxury breakfast marmalade, tasty with Brie/Camembert cheeses and serve with lamb or game dishes. You can also heat and use it as a glaze with meat.
It is made the good old fashioned way here on the farm using just the local fruit, Cornish spring water (not mains tap water) our own grown chilli’s and sugar.

This is my absolute favourite of all our sweet preserves for the cheeseboard. I actually also often have it on hot buttered toast with a cup of tea – for me, can’t be beaten! (yet!)
