Description
Our Apple & Rosemary Jam with chipotle is made here on the farm. It is made the good old fashioned way using just the local fruit, Cornish spring water (not mains tap water), our own rosemary, bay and sugar.
With its attractive chocolatey appearance (given by the chipotle), its popular on any table. Although it is still a sweet preserve, the distinctive rosemary flavour and smoky mild chilli on the palette does mean that it is best served with cold meats or cheeses, being treated as something of a savoury marmalade. It is super yummy and one of our firm favourites for the cheeseboard.
It was award a Silver Taste of The West Food Award in 2026, recognising its quality of taste, appearance and presentation.
