Description
This tastes divine!! With its attractive translucent appearance, its pretty on any table. Although it is still a sweet preserve, the distinctive rosemary flavour does mean that it is best served with cold meats or cheeses, being treated as something of a savoury marmalade. It is super yummy and one of our firm favourites for the cheeseboard.
The taste and quality being recognised with a SILVER award from Taste of the West 2025.
It is handmade the good old fashioned way here on our farm, using just the local fruit, Cornish spring water, our own rosemary, bay and sugar.
We use the fruit from our own farm orchard and the local community.
