It is beautifully sweet with a very delicate warmth from cumin and a small amount chilli. It is absolutely delicious in a crumbly Wensleydale cheese sandwich, with cold meats and soft cheeses. Spoon over a hot jacket potato with cheese – mmmm delicious!
