Soaked with Cornish Sunshine on our Farm, our fresh Tomatillos will transport you to Mexico with our ‘Ginger Tom’ Warm Tomatillo Salsa.

A warm, fresh and deliciously complex flavourful Tomatillo Salsa.

Serve with cheese, tortilla chips or Mexican food.  Yummy over a taco 🌮!  It’s so well suited to serve with a Mexican salad (or any salad for that matter!), its tart freshness makes it a fabulous accompaniment to fish dishes.

It is handmade the good old fashioned way here on our farm.  After a long time in recipe development, I’M finally here!

Tomatillo

Tomatillos, also known as Mexican husk tomatoes, are a savoury, tangy fruit commonly used in Mexican cuisine, particularly in Salsa Verde. They resemble small, green tomatoes and are wrapped in a papery, edible husk that should be removed before use

So a jar of our ‘Ginger Tom’ will be a flavourful and interesting addition to your table – whether it be a cheeseboard or dips and veggies/tortilla chips or your Mexican themed meal. Make your food a talking point!
