Description
24th March 2026: Due to high demand, our large goose egg waiting list currently exceeds three weeks. To ensure we can accurately track our geese’s laying patterns and fulfill existing orders, we have temporarily closed new orders.
Please note that while we don’t have a waiting list for medium eggs, current availability remains very limited.
Goose egg laying season is ‘normally’ mid February to end May. Our flock of 120 or so are not ‘normal’! We often have many of our ladies lay in the Autumn/Winter so if you’d like to take advantage of being the first one to grab the eggs – just email us with a request to be alerted and you will know when the eggs arrive!
A goose egg is much like a chicken egg, only much larger. Despite their extra hard white shells (which you can save, wash and decorate) and massive size, goose eggs can be used like any other eggs in the kitchen. You can hard boil them, fry them or even use them to make devilled eggs.
Because of the vibrant colour of their yolks, goose eggs are perfect for making pasta. They are extremely desirable in Italy for pasta recipes. They are also sought after for baking because their consistency makes a thick, moist batter that holds together well.
But that doesn’t mean you cannot use goose eggs for “normal” recipes. Hard boiling goose eggs takes a few more minutes than it takes for chicken eggs—about 20 mins in boiling water. A couple of hard boiled goose eggs can make an excellent meal. Their delicious yolks will shine through in a devilled egg recipe.
When we pack and send – see website shop front. We do not delay posting out orders unless specifically requested to do so by the buyer, or we may delay over long bank holidays if we judge egg quality to be otherwise compromised.

It might sound simple, but it makes such a difference to me and many more people. It’s a privilege to buy products that are superior, and I wanted you to know it doesn’t go unnoticed.

Hello Lovely Wendy & Andy,
Am so in gratitude for all your free range Goose & Duck eggs, they are so delicious. I have been looking for somewhere I can get my usual Goose Eggs which are harder to come by these days. The only place would have been our local Farmers Market in Winchester. But not so much now. Its been years. Until I found Home Farm, perfect. You now have my constant custom, so to speak. Where I have IBS and Reflux my diet is limited. My Goosey Eggs are my staple, with greens, noodles, pak choi, sweet peppers, sometimes parma ham, low fat protein cheese or feta. Yet to try goat cheese. I use large salad onions or onion/garlic greens. Black garlic.
We have recently cleared our kitchen, with a new theme and have got a cute black iron chicken egg basket for your Goosey & Duck Eggs, bless.
We have just finished the last two Goosey eggs with two Ducks left to make a Brioche loaf for hubby, bless.
So here are some pics after first order, bless. And have just put my second order through.
I have just received my second order this morning, have used my last two duck eggs to make a Brioche Loaf for hubby, Josh.
And have placed each Goose & Duck egg in their black Rooster Egg Basket so they can settle. An omelette for late lunch with Med Goose egg, with Bok Choi Spring onions and maybe peppers, mixed herbs, something simple.
All the packing for the eggs are going in the compost bins. I always wash the egg shells before crushing for compost. I may grind to powder for natural fertilizer for my veggies growing this season. Will send some pics. Praying for start of a warmer Spring as am preparing for and started sowing February seeds.
Have a blessed day, until the next. Big hugs from Us3 here from 23 in Winchester, blessed bee.
Blessings & Best Wishes

MEGA TASTY GOOSE EGGS
TOP QUALITY
Brilliant packaging
I grew up eating goose eggs and I looked everywhere for them. So impossible to find.
Until I came across your page and I thought I should try…
I received them (in Windsor!) all fresh and in perfect condition, right on time for Saturday breakfast. So delicious! Thank you so much. Have ordered 6 more.
Best Eggs in the country, goose eggs are my favourite and this shop is the only one which isn’t always out of stock. Other websites have a goose eggs page that are not in stock for the whole year or multiple years.
My goose eggs arrived today perfectly packaged. I can’t wait to have one for breakfast tomorrow. Thank you and I loved the little hand written message 💕
Lovely eggs, arrived in good time and in perfect condition, had the first one today, and it was delicious!
These goose eggs are super delicious, super huge and super tasty. Id recommend them always… You can see the geese roaming around the fields so you know they are happy eggs!
