Our Crab Apple Jelly with Chilli is made here on our farm.
We use fruit from our own orchard and our local community.
It is made the good old fashioned way using just the local fruit, Cornish spring water (not mains tap water), our farm grown chilli’s and sugar.
It is fabulous with a cream tea – jam 1st naturally 😉!
It also pairs really well with a vintage cheddar, the sour group of cheeses such as blues and brie’s, Yarg and Fetta. Delicious as an accompaniment with pork, lamb & game.
