- Is it possible to choose the breeds I want? Yes and no!
- YES, you can choose the breeds from our small selection of pure breeds listed, you can buy any number of eggs from 1 egg and
- NO, it is not possible to choose breeds from our mixed flock as they are all kept together. You may indicate preference for chicken egg colour but this is subject to daily availability and please note there is no way of knowing which male fertilised the egg!
- I have entered my details or order incorrectly what can i do?
- If your order has already been dispatched, you need to enter the Royal Mail Tracking website, enter your tracking number and read your options, this cannot be done by us as the seller.
- If your order is still processing:
- If you set up an account (preferable), you can login and change your order and details. Please email us the fact that you have updated it as your original details will have already been ‘sent’ to our postage software for order processing. As long as we know, we can easily resend the details across for your changes to be effective.
- If you checked out as a guest, you need to email us the changes and we may be able update those for you. Please make sure your email address is receiving emails and your phone number is correct. Without those, we can’t help you make the change you need to.
- Is it possible to delay my dispatch?
- Yes. Simply indicate your chosen dispatch date in the free text box located with the ‘shipping’ details (I wish I could rename it postage as there are no ships involved!). When we see that your order will be placed on hold until that date is reached. When that date nears, your order status will revert to processing for dispatch.
- Where can I specify a safe place for my parcel to be left?
- Simply indicate your chosen Safe Place in the free text box located with the ‘shipping’ details (I wish I could rename it postage as there are no ships involved!).
- How can I download the free Incubation Handbook?
- The live link is sited in the description of the handbook. Just click and download, no need to add to your cart unless you have chosen a paper copy.
- Where is my order?
- For delivery information, when we collect and prepare orders and if you think you have heard nothing since you placed your order, please click here.
