Our Apple & Rosemary Jam is made here on the farm. It is made the good old fashioned way using just the local fruit, Cornish spring water (not mains tap water), our own rosemary, bay and sugar.
With its attractive translucent appearance, its pretty on any table. Although it is still a sweet preserve, the distinctive rosemary flavour does mean that it is best served with cold meats or cheeses, being treated as something of a savoury marmalade. It is super yummy and one of our firm favourites for the cheeseboard.
We use the fruit from our own farm orchard and the local community.
